· Parts are not included in any of our maintenance contracts

· Labor 100% Covered

· Discounted rates on other services offered.

· Add printer maintenance (on connected printer) for additional $6.00 per month.

· Maximum of 3 on-site repairs per month.  Additional repairs will be charged per plan terms.

 

Plan A: Full Service 24/7 (Excludes major holidays)

· Monthly payment $ 19.99 per system; Maximum of 3 on-site repairs per month.

· Additional labor charge of $35/hour for on-site repairs not covered in service plan.

 

Plan B: Business Day Service (Monday-Friday; 24 hours)

· Monthly payment $ 16.99 per system; Maximum of 3 on-site repairs per month.

· Additional labor charge of $45/hour for on-site repairs not covered in service plan.

· Weekend Emergency service available at a charge of $75 for 1st hour, $45 / hour each additional hour.

 

Plan C: Business Day Service (Monday-Friday; 9am – 6pm)

· Monthly payment $ 12.99 per system; 3 on-site repairs per month.

· Additional labor charge of $50/hour for on-site repairs not covered in service plan.

· Weekend / After hours Emergency service available at a charge of $75 for 1st hour, $50 / hour each additional hour.

**Every December we will have a raffle drawing, each winner will receive a personal computer! All customers with current 12 month contracts in good payment standing (signed on or before June 30, 2009) will be given one entry per system on contract.  Specific date of raffle to be determined. The business clients and the residential clients will have separate events.  Specific details will be sent to each client no later than December 15, 2009.
